Plot Summary

The film begins with a flashback where Dr. Siddhant Arya (Naseeruddin Shah), a megalomaniac scientist, recruits Rohit Mehra (Hrithik Roshan), a brilliant but naive young man who has inherited superhuman powers from an alien named Jadoo, to build a computer that can predict the future. However, Rohit's wife Nisha (Preity Zinta) dies in an accident caused by Arya's henchmen while trying to stop him. Rohit manages to destroy the computer and escape with his son Krishna (Hrithik Roshan), but is presumed dead by the world.

Years later, Krishna lives with his grandmother Sonia (Rekha) in a remote mountainous area in northern India. He has inherited his father's abilities, such as super strength, speed, agility, telekinesis, and healing. Sonia tries to keep him away from the outside world, fearing that he will be exploited or harmed by people like Arya. However, Krishna is curious and adventurous, and often sneaks out to explore the nearby forest.

One day, he meets Priya (Priyanka Chopra), a young journalist from Singapore who has come to India for a holiday with her friend Honey (Manini Mishra). Krishna falls in love with Priya at first sight, and saves her from a hang gliding accident. Priya is impressed by his bravery and charm, and decides to befriend him. She also secretly records his feats on her video camera.

Priya returns to Singapore with Honey and shows the footage of Krishna to her boss Mr. Chopra (Archana Puran Singh), who is impressed by the potential scoop. He asks Priya to invite Krishna to Singapore for an interview. Priya reluctantly agrees, but lies to Krishna that she loves him and wants him to come with her. Krishna believes her and convinces Sonia to let him go.

In Singapore, Krishna discovers that Priya has betrayed him and used him for fame. He is heartbroken and angry, but decides to forgive her after she apologizes sincerely. He also learns that his father Rohit is still alive and is being held captive by Arya in his laboratory. Arya has rebuilt his computer with the help of a mysterious masked man named Krrish (Hrithik Roshan), who is actually Rohit's clone created by Arya using his DNA.

Krishna decides to rescue his father and stop Arya's evil plans. He adopts the alter ego of Krrish, wearing a black mask and a leather jacket, and uses his powers to fight against Arya's henchmen. He also teams up with Priya and Honey, who help him locate Arya's hideout.

The film climaxes with a showdown between Krrish and Krrish at the top of a skyscraper. Krrish reveals that he has been brainwashed by Arya to believe that he is his son and that Rohit is his enemy. He also reveals that Arya's computer can trigger a series of explosions across the world, killing millions of people. Krrish tries to reason with Krrish, but fails. They engage in a fierce battle, during which Krrish manages to free Rohit and destroy the computer. However, Krrish is fatally wounded by Arya, who shoots him with a gun. Krrish dies in Krrish's arms, asking him to forgive him and calling him brother.

Krrish then confronts Arya, who tries to escape in a helicopter. Krrish jumps onto the helicopter and throws Arya out, killing him. He then reunites with Rohit, Sonia, Priya, and Honey, who are overjoyed to see him alive. The film ends with Krrish flying away into the sky, promising to return whenever the world needs him.
